Terms at Chelfy

The guided public sample can be explored at no charge. Current paid plan prices, cadence and photo allowances are shown on the Pricing page from the live catalogue. New outputs use automatic delivery by frame: supported landscape frames deliver in 4K, while square and portrait frames deliver in HD.

The guided sample does not require a payment card. To continue on a paid plan, register your shop, add its name and complete checkout securely with Stripe. Available commitment periods are shown by the live catalogue before checkout.

Subscription charges are not covered by a general money-back guarantee and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. The free intro lets you assess the service before paying. If a generated image is technically unusable, tell us within 7 days. We will review it and, where eligible, restore the photo to your allowance or arrange a manual remake. This is an unusable-image remedy, not unlimited creative revisions.

A finished photo uses one photo from the allowance shown in Studio, with delivery resolution determined automatically by its frame. Paid Studio Review includes up to two free re-rolls per shot. After Review, you may keep the latest take or keep all takes; keeping all uses one additional photo for each earlier take you retain. A saved Keep decision is final for that shot. Creating a custom Model uses seven photos. Saving up to four original room views of one Studio uses no photo allowance. Optional tidy-up and generated angles show their exact current quote and require separate confirmation before they run.

Finished Chelfy Studio photos you create from your products, Models and Studios are yours to use in your shop and marketing channels, including after you cancel.

Generated imagery can vary and may not reproduce every product detail exactly. You are responsible for reviewing a finished image for product accuracy, rights and suitability before publishing it.

The underlying models, the Chelfy Studio service and the Chelfy brand remain ours. You are licensing access to the service.

You may cancel before your next renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and unused time is not refunded except where the law requires otherwise.

We do our best. Software is software. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is the amount you paid us in that period.
